Ethiopia – Adado Balesi Dingu is an exceptional and elegant single origin specialty coffee from the Yirgacheffe–Gedeo area of Ethiopia, from the Adado region. A naturally processed lot that, thanks to the high altitude and careful drying, gives a clean, aromatic and fruity cup. In the specialty market the name Adado is firmly linked to Yirgacheffe origin, and Balesi Dingu also appears as a real Ethiopian producer.

In the cup it shows a lively, fruity and floral character, rounded out by delicate citrus and a soft sweetness.
