Brazil Rose Diamond is a refined, easy-drinking single origin specialty coffee from Brazil, from the Chapadão de Ferro farm near Patrocínio in the state of Minas Gerais. The lot is linked to Mauro de Souza Dantas, and according to public data the farm sits at an average altitude of roughly 1,200–1,250 metres.
In the cup it shows a sweet, balanced and elegant character, rounded out by berry tones, delicate florality and a chocolatey base.
