The MONTEROSA online shop lets you place an order in a few simple steps.
1. Choosing a product
Select the product you wish to buy, then the size and quantity you want.
2. Adding to the cart
You can add the selected product to your cart with the “Add to cart” button. The contents of the cart can be viewed and changed at any time during the purchase.
3. Reviewing the cart
On the cart page you can review the selected products, their quantity and size, and the subtotal. You can also change quantities or remove products here.
4. Checkout
By clicking “Proceed to checkout”, the Customer provides the details needed to fulfil the order, in particular contact, billing and delivery details.
5. Choosing a shipping and payment method
The available shipping and payment methods can be selected on the checkout page. The final costs of the order are shown on the checkout page before you confirm it.
6. Confirming the order
Submitting the order entails an obligation to pay. Before confirming, please check the details you entered and the order summary.
7. Confirmation
After the order is placed, the system sends an automatic confirmation to the email address you provided, confirming that your order has reached our shop.
8. Fulfilment
Once the order has been processed, the Seller prepares the products and hands them over for delivery. Details of fulfilment and shipping are set out on the related information pages.
Please note that the automatic confirmation certifies receipt of the order and does not always mean that a contract has been concluded immediately. Orders are accepted and fulfilled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
