Rwanda Cyesha

Rwanda – Cyesha is a refined and characterful single origin specialty coffee from Rwanda. The lot comes from the Cyesha washing station, which sources link to the Nyamasheke district and to Muraho Trading. The most consistent records describe it as a Red Bourbon variety, washed processed.

In the cup it shows a rich, clean and layered character with a lively yet elegant acidity. Specialty sources also point to black tea, date and red grape for this lot, which fits the clean, bright and fruity profile of washed Rwandan Red Bourbon coffees.
